• What’s involved:

Leading on the development and delivery of planned programmes of works including service contracts such as:
- Fire Risk Management and associated programmes
- M&E servicing including water treatment, communal ventilation, lifts door entry etc
- Cyclical repairs and decorations
- Grounds maintenance and management
- Concierge and security contracts

• “Essentials”: Sorry, but your application will be automatically deleted unless your CV clearly shows the following:

- minimum of 2 years senior level facilities management experience, to have included responsibility for cyclical programmes of repair and maintenance
- procurement and contract administration experience in the above context.
- knowledge or experience in undertaking repairs/maintenance related surveys, identification of defects, understanding likely expense involved in remedial works and drafting specification for such works
- relevant professional or technical qualification in a building/construction related field, preferably surveying

• Other useful, but non-essential, details to include on your CV, if applicable:

- any social housing, local authority or other public sector experience
- member of CIOB or RICS is preferred

• Client: Housing Association

• Division: Repairs & Maintenance

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.

• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
