Team Leader - Learning Disabilities
Essex (nr Chelmsford)
£21,000
This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to make their first steps into a supervisory role. The successful candidate will be working for one of the leading services offering people with a learning disability the chance to lead an independent and full life with respect and safety within their community, promoting their independence and choice.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2 years (minimum) experience working with adults with learning disabilities,
* NVQ3 (or equivalent) in health and social care
* Ability to lead a team.
Along with this excellent salary, the company is also offering 5 weeks holiday, and a pension option after 3 months of work.
The salary will be based on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
