Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager to take ownership and responsibility for our clients Inverness store. Their brand name has re written the high street script over the last decade, bringing an exciting eclectic funky fashion brand image to the UK high street retail market.

As a result of their growth plans and continued success they are looking for individuals who have a strong commercial approach to retail management, have excellent people management skills and understand the importance of motivating their team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.

Islington, London - Commutable from Camden Town, Holloway, Hackney, Cambridge Heath, Tottenham, Walthamstow, Stratford, Lambeth, Paddington, Eastham, Westbourne Green, Kensington, Greenwich, Kentish Town.

Ideally you will have gained previous management experience working as a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Sales Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager role for a respected ladies fashion brand. You will have experience of working to targets and KPI’s and enjoy taking full accountability for your store and making commercial decisions to drive the brand and business forward.
