A vacancy has arisen in the busy Parts Department in Suffolk for a Parts Advisor.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and able to demonstrate an organised and systematic approach to work with the prime focus being on providing complete satisfaction to customers both external and internal. Therefore, a track record of accurately identifying customer needs, both face-to-face and via the telephone is essential. An NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 qualification or equivalent in motor mechanics is desirable, however previous experience in a parts department is not essential.
